EMMA Standard expanded metal contains flattened epxanded metal, raised expanded metal and expanded grating. It is produced by shearing and stretching press machine.

The mateirals could be steel, stainess steel, aluminum, galvanized etc

The maximum size we can do is 20000SWDx 5000mm LWD way.

The standard size : 4ft x 8ft, 5ft x 10ft

Customize is acceptable.

The EMMA standard expanded metal is mainly used in USA and Canada Market.

Description of EMMA Standard Expanded Metal

EMMA standard Expanded metal comes from pressing after being die cut and expanded. It has standard type ( also named raised or regular type) and flattened type. For the same style, flattened expanded metal is usually 5% lighter than standard type. It is available for carbon steel, galvanized, aluminum, stainless steel etc.

When order Expanded Metal of EMMA standard, please state the following:

-Flattened or standard

-Style: example:1/4 #18

-Material: example hot galvanized after expanding

-Sheet size, such as 4X8ft or 60”x120”

-Quantity: example 100sheets

Example: 100sheets, 1/4 #18, flat, aluminum, 48”x96”
