Aramco is a Saudi Arabian national oil company and one of the world’s largest, most well-known, and largest oil companies. Its business covers the world, mainly engaged in oil exploration, development, production, refining, transportation, and sales. The building enclosure, which serves as the research and development center of Aramco, is made of carved decorative panels developed and produced by Huijin Company.
The design proposal proposed by Aramco is to use irregular punching holes on the outer walls of the R&D center office building, with different apertures and spacing. The required carved decorative panels should be within a limited outer wall, achieving both irregularity and irregularity of over 12000 holes. This was a huge challenge for the punching processing technology at that time, and it was also the most technically challenging representative project of Huijin Company.
In order to achieve the perfect visual effect required by Aramco, Huijin invited Tianjin Design Company to calculate the temperature, air pressure, wind force and other factors in Saudi Arabia, to ensure that the carved decorative panels can adapt to the pressure resistance, wind resistance, and corrosion resistance of Saudi Arabia. At the same time, Huijin has invested a large amount of funds to quickly introduce advanced technology such as high power and high speed turret punch machines and digital laser cutting equipment, laying a solid technical and equipment foundation for overcoming difficulties and smooth delivery. In the end, after three months, Huijin won the trust and praise of Aramco with its excellent carved decorative panel products, injecting stunning silk screen elements into the world’s largest oil company.
Since this year, Huijin has successively provided silk screen products for projects in Arab countries such as the “The Line” Future City in Saudi Arabia, CieletJardin Apartments in Beirut, Lebanon, Qatar World Cup Lusail Stadium, Saudi Aramco Oil R&D Center, etc. In the next step, Huijin will continue to strengthen communication with customers in Arab countries by taking advantage of the first China-Arab States Summit, Further presenting better screen products in Arab countries.
