When finish the production, the most important step is packing the goods at correct way.
Different products have different packing way. How many pakcing ways and how to choose the suitable packing?
Packing way:
-Steel straps. For some over length and overweight products, we choose pack with steel straps only, this will be better for loading and unloading. Like steel grating, big safety graing etc.
-single layer iron pallet: most of our products are heavy which need the pallet has strong bearing, thus the iron pallet is good choice. To save space and load more, we will use single layer iron pallet, for example, expanded metal, perforated metal, safety grating, ladder rung.
-Double layer iron pallet: sometimes, the customer have special requirements on unloading, so we design double layer iron pallet which will be more easier when unload. The disadvantages are double layer iron pallet will take up more space. Now we use this kind of packing for all expanded metal, perforated metal, and safety grating to North America market.
-Carton box: for some small size and light products, we choose carbon box for providing a good safe and appearance. Customer’s also have request to carbon box sometimes
-Wooden pallet: Wooden pallet is also popular. But we use plywood more than solid wood. Because solid wood need to take fumigation treatment before export, thus will take more work to us. We have to take care of the bearing weight of plywood when choose this type.
-Wooden box: To give an all-round protection of goods, we will adopt wooden box. This packing is suitable for architectural metals containing architectural expanded metal, architectural perforated metal, decorative lase cut panel etc. we will pack with bubble film first, then put them in wooden box
- Iron pallet + wooden cover: When the weight is heavier, wooden box is not strong enough. We use iron pallet to provide a good support at bottom, and then cover all goods with a wooden cover. This packing way is also suitable for architectural metals
